Here we go again, another New Year is just around the corner…

Did you achieve any of your New Year’s Resolutions from 2014?

1. Mental well-being is the result of deleting your previous accumulated thinking/thoughts. Each one of your new thoughts in the New Year will not be affected by any previous ones. You can make certain that any positive thinking is not triggering the opposite negative thought.

Ensure that with laughing more often, that you don’t have laughter that triggers any negative experiences (weakness) associated with being laughed at, or anyone reacting to your laughter and inappropriate laughing incidents. 

Enjoying life also triggers opposite experiences of not enjoying life, which have to be deleted.

2. Improving finances: Pay off outstanding debt, save money, make small investments sounds great. If you are in debt, don’t have savings and/or are making small investments, you do not want to be weakened by these thoughts or your previous accumulative effects of those experiences. Doing this makes it easier for you to connect strongly with the answers and solutions to resolve them.

3. Improve career:  perform better/be happier at current job, find a better job, establish own business is all about self-improvement. It is about making your own declaration of what you want, supported by the fitness in your central core to support what you want and desire to achieve this coming year and for the rest of your life.

Below are some brief strengthening effects of your physical potential to counteract conventional thinking. This list is not all inclusive! These, however, are the leading weakening effects of the majority of the human population.

Eating healthy food is really not the leading answer or action to take. It is really about becoming strong to any food you eat. You can eat anything and remain “healthy” to foods. If you are actually weakened by what is considered as good and “healthy,” ironically, this food will be “bad” for you.

To lose weight, it’s not about counting calories. You must ensure your internal actions remain strong. You are communicating and connecting strongly with the inside of your body to the outside of your body. Without this initially, you will not lose weight.

Exercising more won’t do you as much good if you are not strong to your six vital components of fitness. In case you are not familiar with them, here they are:

  1.  Strength
  2. Endurance
  3.  Flexibility
  4.  Coordination
  5.  Agility
  6.  Speed

Eating better really has no meaning, except the false meaning collectively and culturally placed on eating. You want to be strong to eating and/or not eating. You want to have mastery or the final say about eating, not the other way around.

Drinking less alcohol happens when you are strong to drinking and not drinking. This is for drinking anything for that matter, not just alcohol.

Quit smoking, which involves the thoughts, experiences and description of the word “quit” brings in difficulties and the impossibility of success. Smoking triggers strong cultural, collective and ancestral negative influences about it to the present population and generation.

Getting rid of old bad habits triggers the collective experiences of dealing with something “bad,” that adds more problems to people’s lives. This creates additional questions that go unanswered and become more unresolved life problems.

Biting nails is related to “non-conscious” collective experiences of destruction that have not been resolved. The destruction or the biting of nails is a harmless way to satisfy a person’s need of re-experiencing destruction.
